Opening Hours Boarding Pets only Monday-Sunday
- 8.00 am-10:45am drop off for first day of boarding
- 8:00 am-12 noon pick up last day of boarding
- 5pm-6pm for drop off only first day of boarding (note this time does not apply to pick ups)
- No pick ups after 12 noon without prior arrangement or incurring a day rate charge
During our opening hours you may drop off or pick up your pet as per above, we have set these times to try and reduce noise impact for our neighbours and also so not to upset any dogs routine who may be boarding with us or enjoying the benefits of day care.Times may be negotiable depending on need.
Different arrangements are in place for day care pets who have pre agreed packages upon acceptance
A little bit about us and our ethos of dog care and support
Previously described as a 'doggy hotel' by many and in the press, all dogs have their own fully furnished room overnight everynight and the freedom of the house and garden throughout the day and evening during their stay with us. Our guests are exclusive and well behaved, which means that they mix and play well with a variety of doggy guests. We are careful not to accept aggressive and unsociable pets into our environment which means your pet is not at risk from unsuitable dogs. Our license restricts us (like many other licensed premises)from boarding or working with dogs who are registered under the dangerous dogs act therefore no dog such as this is will ever be allowed on our premises, this gives you as the owner the peace of mind that any dog in our care is suitable and appropriate having been fully assessed by ourselves before being offered a service from Coventrdogs. We believe this is something you need to consider carefully when choosing your dog care provider and type of environment, as dogs are pack animals and hoards of dogs together may turn on each other, which we believe is not only responsible but ensures that your pet has our personalised care and support. Having their own personal room and space when they need it with full supervision…..we take the terms of our license very seriously and you can view it any time that you wish when you visit us as it is always on display.
Our doggy guests are often used to being pampered and fussed over by their owners, and when they stay with us that is exactly the type of service that your pet receives during their stay, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Coventrydogs are distinctly different to other dog companies in that we offer a bespoke service, with packages determined by you and your pet. Each dog has their own room overnight and you are welcome to bring their beds, toys and anything else you feel would help them settle during their stay.
We offer the highest standard of dog walking and boarding concentrating on providing a personalised and individualised service that as a responsible company we wish to afford to you and your pet.
We find that by offering fully furnished and individual rooms to your pet instills a sense of calm when they cannot be with you, dogs are intelligent and know if they are in a kennel or caged environment, but when in a room that emulates home they relax and feel secure and cared for whilst you are away, our rooms evoke a sense of peace, calm and relaxation for those times when your pet needs to relax and rest

we can transport your pet safely within and around the Coventry and Warwickshire area at very reasonable rates, however we are unable to transport passengers.We can transport pets to places such as, vets, weddings, parties, funerals etc Call or fill in the contact form for a quote.

Our location is in set on the periphary of the countryside, with beautiful views over open fields, however we walk dogs from all areas within the Coventry and Warwickshire area as we are able to pick your pet/s up and drop them off before and after their walk. If boarding or day care is required for your pet we now boast two beautiful doggy suites and a garden room offering a 5 star service, for the exclusive use of your pet whilst they are with us in order that they can relax,providing home from home comforts so that your pet is relaxed and settled, our lounge is adorned with fine furnishings so that your pet feels happy and calm whilst they are in our care.
Coventrydogs are fully licensed for home boarding and doggy day care by Coventry City Council, this means that we have been approved as a competent business to look after your pets in your absence.....you can view our license on our premises and also see a copy of the terms and conditions that we as a responsible business must adhere to in the best interests of your pet.
Rescue Pets......our speciality
Rescue Centres do a great job and we applaud, thank and support them for all that they do in saving our beloved pets from harm and distress however, after rescue has effectively taken place and a new pet is re-homed in a home environment we believe it can be distressing for any dog to re-enter a Kennel type environment again. Some pets may be happy with this arrangement however but there will be some who are not and that is why we offer you the alternative in terms of our home boarding service, paying particular attention to all your dogs needs, acknowledging that before they came to you there was a reason.
Bearing all this in mind and taking a full history of your pets needs we aim to provide a secure, comfortable environment for all pets whether rescue or not in our beautiful boarding rooms set aside for exclusive use by your pet. We always acknowledge that rescue pets may not have had the best start and may indeed have some background psychological problems or needs that require special sensitive support and attention this is always at the fore front of our minds and we will strive to care for your pet to the highest standard whilst ensuring that they have a fun time staying with us.

As a family run business having also been the proud owners of many dogs over the years, not least our animal assistance pet which is a Shih Tzu who is currently in training to become a pets as therapy dog along with our divine 'Chi Chi' our sweet little Chinese crested x Chihauha doggy. So as you can see we have plenty of experience and wisdom when it comes to dogs. We also have 4 more dogs as part of our family all of whom have good citizen awards, we believe that as a family we have attained very high standards in caring for dogs having owned over 13 beautiful well trained and sociable dogs in our lifetime. No doubt there will be many more !
We have now decided to use our experience and expertise with dogs a member of our team being fully qualified in Canine Care, Canine Pyschology and Pet Bereavement Therapy, applying such skills and knowledge along with excellent standards of support and care in runing and maintaining our bespoke business and dog care services known as CoventryDogs.co.uk consisting of dog walking, dog boarding, doggy day care, dog taxi and much more.
We aim to offer an exclusive service, keeping our customer base exclusive so that we can concentrate on your dog and treat them as part of our family whilst they are in our care
